Antique Victorian Long Skirt(Hoop?) From Museum Sale-Great Fabric-Restoration. Condition is "Pre-owned". Shipped with USPS Priority Mail. This came from museum sale of period clothing and theatre costumes. Skirt is very old and needs restoration. If not up to it do not bid. Sold as is. That out of the way it is worth the effort I believe. Not an expert in this area though. Fabric Is wonderful and no holes ,tears, etc. Is stained however. Pic. Lined and lining needs much repair or tracing. Hook arrangement at waist baffles me. 2 sets of hooks.43" long and approx 24-25' waist. Look at pics and be sure this is for you. Thanks.
